1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER TO MY ADDRESS?

At the time of checkout, an estimated arrival period will be quoted based on your chosen destination and applicable shipping methods. The shipping time can differ based on the delivery place, product availability, and other factors. For most cases, orders are handled and delivered within 4-7 business days for major cities.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your order until it has been delivered from our warehouse. You may also use the information included in your shipment confirmation email to monitor your order by clicking on Track Order.

We will ensure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can’t collect your order on the scheduled delivery date.

No Delivery Charges Applicable.

Yes, we wrap your order in clear packaging (opaque brown boxes or regular white poly bags) with no markings or invoice information on the exterior. All of our shipments are safe and concealed. Your lingerie purchase will remain a special process.

GOODSCRAZE product(s) go through 4 levels of quality checks before they are packed and shipped to you.

The products are placed in our custom-made eco-friendly cardboard boxes directly without any plastic wrapping. These boxes are recyclable and biodegradable.

Our custom-made boxes are laminated, water-proof, and are made of high-quality products in catchy colours like Black, Green, Red, etc.

We take discreet packaging seriously, and there will be no brand name, label, tags, product details, etc., attached to the outer packaging. Only your address and the total amount of the order will be mentioned.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN THE PRODUCT(S)?

GoodsCraze accepts return and Refund only.

You can view our exchange/return policy or contact us for details regarding an order cancellation.

We recommend that you modify the shipping address or cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not honour any requests for alternate shipping addresses, specific delivery dates, and cancellation from customers post shipping. Kindly contact us for any clarifications.

The refund amount will be credited back to your bank account provided by you. 

Just reach out to our customer care team via mail/call. It will be taken care of by our team. You can call our customer service team if you would like to cancel your exchange or return request.

Note: Ensure the product(s) you would like to return meet our Return Policy.

  • Our customer support team will let you know once we receive your product(s) at our warehouse. You can give us a call or email us for further information.  In case of an exchange, you will receive delivery within 4-7 working days after we receive the original product.

  • According to our return policy, we will verify whether the items are eligible for a refund as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. Refund will be processed and credited only to your Bank Account.

  • Yes, you can return and ask for exchange products in your order.
